Use marketo to send reports generated elsewhere?

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a method for using Marketo to send report e-mails that have been generated entirely on another system?  I can manually create a new e-mail in marketo, copy-paste in the code from the report and then schedule it to go out, but I was hoping I could set something up so that Marketo could make a call to a certain URL, grab the html code for the e-mail, and then send it out periodically without my continued attention.  Is there an easy way to do this?
