Use Azure App to integrate with Dynamics CRM Online

Hi All,

I have registered the Azure App as described in Marketo Docs​. However, I don't see a placeholder where I can plugin the Client Secret &Token to sync with CRM. Has anyone been able to use this Azure App for CRM Sync?

Hi,

we set it up as per documentation and it worked well. Just be sure the CRM user for integration is of cloud only type.

Thanks for your response. What do you mean by Cloud only type of user? Is that a property on the user account that I can set in Azure Admin or CRM? Appreciate if you can add some details.

Hi. In Azure AD. It is just an option when you create a user.
