Uploading an attachment via a webform

Is there a way to upload an attachment via a web form? We have a web form on our website for people to submit when they a interested in a job application, and we'd like to update it so that people can upload their resumes as part of the form submission.

Please do a Community search... this has been answered many times, including as recently as last week.

I did a community search, and literally got 3 links, all of which had nothing to do with my question. Do you have the links to the questions already posted?
