Upgrade MSI?

Hi all,

From the Fall '16 Release Notes :

"Sales Insight Compatible with Salesforce Encryption

Market Sales Insight is now compatible with Salesforce Shield Encryption. All Sales Insight customers should upgrade to this latest managed package (version 1.4359.2), which is available on the Appexchange."

If my company is not currently using Salesforce's Shield Encryption product, is this upgrade immediately necessary?

Hard to say. It probably doesn't hurt to upgrade. You should ask support.

Hi Justin,

We have ugraded to the new version on a couple of SFDC instances, no harm yet.
