Updating Mailto Link In Email That Has Already Been Sent

If you update a mailto link in an email that has already been sent, will the link be updated in the delivered emails?

Please move to Products (Move link at the right).

The answer is No.

Or, more precisely, No for the email in the Inbox -- you can never change that -- but technically Yes for the View As Web Page version, fwiw.
