Updating "Industry" Object in Marketo to match all of the Industry options in Salesforce

Hello - we recently had our Salesforce "Industry" field updated to add several new industries. Right now our Marketo, linked "Industry" object doesn't match so we can't pull accurate lists. Where Salesforce has the option for Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare, Marketo only has Healthcare. How can I update Marketo to match these fields and then make sure that all of the Marketo contacts are up to date relative to Saleforce data?
