Updating engagement programs (as new)

Hi,

We're doing an update of our engagement programs by creating all new programs and moving members over from the old. Some of the emails from the old program will be in the new one, and I'm wondering is there a way to make sure people don't receive the same content twice.

I've read in the community that moving emails from the old program to the new one (rather than cloning) will allow the new program to recognise them as the same emails and not resend to those member that have already seen them. Is this correct?

Yes, that is correct, don't clone them and you will be ok

Right. The Asset #ID must be the same for this to work.
