Update SPF and DKIM value

If we are updating our hosting provider from Strattic to WPEngine will we need to update our SPF and DKIM values in Marketo?

No. SPF and DKIM pertain to the servers allowed to send outbound email (SMTP) from a given domain.
They have no relationship* to whatever serves inbound web traffic to that domain (HTTP).
Also, the SPF record for example.com is never checked for mail that comes from Marketo. So it’s not actually used, it’s just a kind of occult ritual that most Marketo admins choose to perform.
* for the lurkers/SPF completists, there is a potential relationship if your
webserver is also a mailserver, but in a Marketo context it’s irrelevant
