Hi, is there a way to configure Marketo fields using API (soap or rest api)?
Such as "add new field" "edti field type".....

The answer is basically - no, you can't use the API, you have to use the web interface.

As Job mentioned this is not currently possible. You can get a list of fields via the Describe REST API.
