Question

Update Email Addresses

What is the best practice for updating a large number of email bouncebacks?  Such as people that have retired or changed jobs or have a new email?

I am interested in learning how other handle this, do you automate it or is a manual process?

Thank you,

Christine

Look for Steven Moody's post on this at Beachhead Marketing.

This is only for Out of Office bounces, not hard bounces that should be removed.

Yeah you can find his talk from Summit last year that's called "How to turn one cold lead into two warm leads" or something along those lines.

Hello Josh and Kristen,
Josh- Where does one find Beachhead Marketing for the post?

And Kristen - where does one find last year's summit talk on "How to turn one cold lead into two warm leads?"

Thanks, in advance, for your help. This is a big concern of ours,
Lynn

Lynn, here is the link I found for Steven's Summit presentation: http://summit.marketo.com/2014/replay/how-to-turn-every-bounced-lead-into-two-warm-leads/

Josh and Kristen - Steven's information was helpful, but it sounds like this is still a manual process to an extent.

Thank you both for the help!

Christine
