Update Custom Marketo Field "Manually" From SFDC

I'm hoping the answer to this is not REST/SOAP API's as... I'm clueless as to how to use them.

I'm looking to create a field "Contract End Date", pull the data from SFDC with user emails, and manually update it in Marketo.

First crazy idea - make a form and enter them manually (I currently only have 20 that needs updates).

Is there a better way?  Perhaps creating a list that has their email address + new field data?  Would that cause it to recognize the email and pull in the new data into Marketo?

Your Opp record or Account should have the Contract End Date and it should be managed there.

Once it is synced to Marketo, you can use it to do things.

It sounds like there is more to your request, so perhaps you could provide more detail?
