update country field by multiple condition

I want update the lead's country field by multiple condition using a list.
for example,below is a list that contain old value and new value:

old value	new value
AM	ARMENIA
AO	ANGOLA
AR	ARGENTINA
AT	AUSTRIA
..	..
..	..

if the old country value is 'AM',than change the country to 'ARMENIA',if the old country value is 'AO',than change the country to 'ANGOLA',......
I thought it can be implement by createing a campaing and using Change Data Value in it,
but I should create many more choices.

Anybody knows how to do it with a easy way?

Hi Chen, to do this through Marketo you will either need to do this with a large list of data value change choices, or by exporting your database, making the updates, and then reimporting the data. There might be other options as well depending on your CRM and if it's connected to Marketo, but these are going to be the easiest methods to do the change directly in Marketo.

I'd go with the Excel update Dory Suggests. Doing this in Marketo with 200 countries will be difficult to build with choice steps.

Just pull email address and Country, then reimport the list.

Thanks for you help,I think that using excel update is a good way to do it instead of add many choices.

I tried to resolve your question using a campaign and a small app via REST API.
Unfortunately, marketo token does not work at 'IF' section at a campaign flow. Smart list section also.
If it work fine, you click an app once.
