Unsubscribing a dedupe record
Hello,
I have been researching the community in search of a solution for the following scenario, but wasn't successful. If this has been answered, my apologies in advance.
SCENARIO:
Our DB has lots of email addresses that are deduped on First Name. We have set this up because many couples and family members will share the same email address in our industry.
If an email is unsubscribed that share another record, do both of those dedupe records get unsubscribed from Marketo? Or does only the record for one of the records gets unsubscribed. Is this different from a Marketo admin manually going in to unsubscribe a record?
