Unsubscribed notification

We are new to Marketo and we are preparing to schedule our first email blast.  We have sent out some test emails and have "unsubscribed" to them to make sure it is working.  The UNSUBSCRIBED button takes us to our web home page and the email/person doesn't show up on the unsubscribed list.  ARe we missing a step in the process or possibly was a template set up incorrectly?

Hi Deb,

It sounds like you may have to approve your unsubscribe page in Marketo. That should do the trick.

Pierce is right here...These pages and work-flow are in your instance out-of-box but not approved. You will also want to change the default text on the confirmation page if it has the work Marketo in it. Not sure if it still does out-of-box.

NP...I was right where you are the first week I got Marketo as well...
