Unsubscribed leads & MSI emails
Can a unsubscribed lead receive a Market Sales Insight Email since it is sent as a 1:1 communication? Or does Marketo block all emails (campaigns and 1:1 communications) if the lead has unsubscribed?

It depends. If you're sending the email through the Outlook or Gmail Sales Insight plugins then unsubscribe is not respected since that is a true 1:1 communication (and also not sending from Marketo servers). If you are sending from Sales Insight in SFDC or MS Dynamics, it depends on what the settings are in Admin and how the email is built. You can have the emails either ignore or respect unsubscribe settings dependent on if the email uses a template, does not use a template, or is operational.
