Unsubscribe returning 404

Hi.
 
We're having a slight issue with our unsubscribe landing page, where it is returning a 404 error after a user unsubscribes.

Please test here to see what I mean:

water.atlantiscorp.com.au/SubscriptionUpdate.html
 
I don't know how to get the follow-up page to return a confirmation rather than the 404 page.

Please log a support case. That 404 raven error is meant only for internal errors and shouldn't be exposed on a public page like that.

Is the page properly approved?

Is your cname setup properly? Are other pages working?
 

Did you add any javascript code to that page?

Where do I submit a support ticket?

I emailed support@datarati.com.au, who told me to email support@marketo.com, who told me to submit a ticket on the support page . Where is this page?
