'Unsubscribe' Reporting Help!

Question

One of my Sales Reps wants to see a list of all of his leads that have unsusbscribed this year, which is easy enough, but he wants to take it a step further and see exactly what they unsubscribed from. I have the email report in Analytics that shows the number of opens, clicks unsubscribes, etc for each email campaign, but it doesn't allow you to drill down into those numbers to see the "who" (at least not that I can find).

Does anyone know if there's currently a way to see a list of leads who unsubscribed with the specific email they unsubscribed from?

Hi Ariana,Your use case is possible with an Email Analysis report in Revenue Explorer (available in Select edition or with RCA).  See example screenshot below.  This report can be set up as a subscription, so that you can share with non-Marketo users.TJ

Hi Ariana,In the leads data base there's a smart list in there that says Unsubscribed leads. You can click on the individual leads and click on the activity to see what they unclicked from. Or you'd have to do through your campaigns and create a smart list of all of the people who unsubscribed from that campaign. There's an idea that I posted recently which is exactly what you're asking for. Unsubscribed from what email.
