Unsubscribe process with two partitions

Hello,

We use our instance for two different partitions (brands). I want to make sure it's all setup correctly.

The form is setup with the unsubscribe field as hidden but it's not feeding to this area:

However, there is another smart campaign that is working. The process flow that works is this:

Is this how it should be setup? Why does "unsubscribe" not update?

Also, I just moved to a 2.0 form. Will this take care of the dupes we are experiencing with "source empty"? Support mentioned I was on a legacy

There are tons of threads on this. Please research.

  • Unsubscribed covers the record across all Partitions.
  • If you have a unique "brand unsub" then you need to ensure you have a Subscription Center. Be careful because the person may think they will never hear from you again, when it is just for one brand.

So if the "unsubscribed" isn't checked that means they can still be subscribed to our other brands, correct? That is what we would want.

I need to dig further and check about a subscription center.
