Unsubscribe not working

Newbie again... I am using the unsubscribe HTML/Text provided by Marketo (Admin tab). It doesn't appear to work. When I test by entering my address and clicking the Unsubscribe button, nothing happens and my email never appears in my Unsubscribe list. One user reported the same experience in the first email we sent out last week. Is there something I have to customize to make it work?

You should not have to customize this.  Can you make sure the Unsubscribe landing page is approved?  When you click the unsubscribe button, you should go to a landing page to confirm the unsubscribe.

I think I have found the problem - the confirm page was not linked to the unsubscribe button... Did I mention I'm new here? :)

This system is setup and approved by default, so something must have happened to unapprove it or change the code in the Admin section.

Even if you didn't have a follow up page, the form should still have made you unsubscribed=TRUE. Did your new test work right?
