Unsubscribe Emails - Does this include operational emails?
Hi all,
Just a quick question, when a person is unsubscribed from Marketo, does that mean they are unsubscribed from ALL emails even operational emails? Thanks

Hi David,
Operational emails will in fact bypass any Unsubscribe or Marketing Suspended settings on a record. Use sparingly and only for critical/transactional emails.
