Unsubscibe Link taking leads to the 404 Raven page

Hi,
We have recently migrated to MKTO 2 and are getting feedback from leads that the unsubscibe link (whilst initailly taking them to the correct company unsubscribe page) then takes them to the 404 raven page when they click on the final unsubscribe icon.

I have looked in the email settings in admin and there is nothing that lends itself to the solution, so I am wondering if the problem is Marketo based or if I need to speak to IT internally to fix the link?
