Unmapped Custom SFDC Account Fields

Greetings!

I'm in the process of mapping my Marketo and SFDC fields, and I've used the field "Is Customer" in my SFDC Lead, Contact, and Account page layouts. When I go to Field Mapping in Marketo, I can't map the "Is Customer" Account version to my Marketo "Is Customer" field. However, both the Lead and Contact verision of that field are being mapped correctly.

Can I just not map the "Is Customer" field from Marketo to an Account page layout in SFDC?

Unfortunately not, Marketo does not allow you to modify (sync) information to an Account once a Lead has been converted. It only gives visibility. Same with Opportunities.
