University visit is very slow from China

Is there anyone experienced this? It is really really slow....Maybe caused by Great firewall of China.

Marketo uses Akamai on the app itself and recommend customers setup a CDN to their landing page domains but this is optional; in this case choose a CDN provider that supports China, if that's their core customer base.  However, this does not help with congestion or blocks directly in China to our data centers as we have no ability to address this.
