University - New to Marketo not loading

Hello everyone,

I am new to Marketo and looking to quickly be able to utilize the tool to its greatest potential.  I started Marketo University but when I open item a second window opens, it goes past the white loading page and moves to a second loading screen which never loads.  I have tried in both IE and Google Chrome.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue / who knows the solution?
