University focuses on b2b but what about b2c

Reviewing the great engagement program video from the university, but most of these tutorials/information focus on b2b. I am interested in b2c however. I can translate somewhat these videos; however, where are actual b2c training videos e.g. on engagement programs?

Probably not. Marketo was all B2B until recently. Is there something that you think is not translating well to the B2C world? Maybe I can help.
