Unique vs Gross Email Opens
Is there a way to report gross email opens, aka multiple opens per lead? We have a request for this metric to see how many times leads are revisiting emails.

First, this isn't a trustworthy metric because of email clients blocking images. Second, bots can, and do, open the email to check for spam and malware, often creating opens or phantom clicks. (lots of threads on this).
You can run a smart list against Opened Email at least X times if you want to see the # of leads that opened several times.
Pretty sure all reports show Total Opens, not unique Opens. I am pretty sure RCE does show Unique Opens and Unique Clicks if you ask.
