Unbounce and unsubscribe page?

Hi all,

We've been successfully and happily using Unbounce for all our landing pages for over a year. The only Marketo landing page that is still active is the unsubscribe page and ideally, we'd like to have that page also reside in Unbounce.

Has anyone migrated their unsubscribe page to Unbounce? If so, any pitfalls to be aware of?

Thank you!

How do you plan to push the unsub data back to Marketo? Why does it have to be on unbounce?

We can either use a Marketo form or have a trigger campaign (added to list) to push the data back. Currently, we use a mix of Marketo forms for progressive profiling on gated content and trigger campaigns for events.

We'd prefer to have all our LPs in Unbounce as the one outlier is the unsub page. It's easier to make design changes without any code in Unbounce as we try to frequently refresh design, messaging and content.

As long as the form is pre-filled with the unsubscribee's email address, I'm struggling to see any compelling reason not to migrate to Unbounce. I suspect that I may be missing something so I'm using the power of hivemind to help poke holes in my theory.

If you've already come to terms with the DoS vulnerability of Unbounce's Marketo integration, as well as the hampered lead tracking, then moving your unsubscribe page there won't make things worse.  You won't get unsubscribes tracked back to the email that made the lead want to disengage, if that's something you care about.
