Unable to see the Publish to Facebook menu

Hello Community,

I am new to marketo and facing issue with publishing a Landing page to Facebook. After creating Approved Landing Page, Publish to Facebook button in not visible to me.

After searching I found that we need to enable Social Boost feature which require additional purchase.
After searching some more, i realized that this feature is available to all the Marketo versions.

Is there a way by which I can enable this.
Also One more thing, I am not able to add the share Facebook button in Landing page. I am able to see the share on Linkedin, Twitter and Google Plus but not Facebook..
