Unable to see the programs in Marketo

Hi Team,
Till yesterday I was able to see the programs which are created either by me or by my colleagues 

from today onwards I am unable to see any programs please help to resolve this issue

A few things could cause this. I’d suggest checking the following:

  1. If you have multiple Workspaces, you may have been moved to a different workspace or lost access to the one where the programs exist. Check with your Marketo Admin to confirm that your user role still has access to the correct workspace.
  2. Your user role permissions may have changed. If your role no longer has access to Marketing Activities or specific workspaces, programs will not appear. Your instance admin can verify this under Admin → Users & Roles.
  3. Make sure no filters are applied in the Marketing Activities tree (for example showing only certain program types or folders).
  4. Check Archive folders to verify those programs are mistakenly archived by someone, and hence not appearing in the search?
  5. If you're an Admin, you can check Audit trail to verify if someone moved/deleted programs?
