Unable to see Referral offer element on landing page once dragged

I dragged referral offer element on to the landing page but I am unable to see anything. Please refer the below screenshot. I am able to see just an empty box. However, upon checking on another PC, It is clearly showing me the buttons. I have checked this on both the browsers (Internet explorer, Google chrome) but the issue is same. Can somebody please suggest the possible problem and solution? Thanks.

Hi Chayan Munjal,

Can you please set the opacity of this element as shown in Screenshot. Let me know if the issue still persists.

Hi Akshay,

I have already set the opacity as 100 but it is still showing me nothing.

Have a look. I know it is a system specific issue as It is working fine on my colleagues systems but I am unable to guess what is the issue with the system?
