Unable to run smart list from archived program

I would like to run a smart list where I choose the program that happens to be archived. I have entered the name but it is not showing up. We have a 2016 archive and 2015. Oddly the 2015 is showing up but not the 2016. Are there some special setting that we need have so it can be searchable?

Yes, archived assets don't show up in drop down and may not always "catch" if you manually enter it.

Suggest you unarchive or clone back into the new program.
