Unable to parse the smart list rule condition

Hi I am trying to activate a smart Campaign using Marketo API but getting following error : 

Unable to parse the smart list rule condition.
 
In my smart list, I have "3rd Party Activity is Triggered ". Same SC, I am able to activate via UI but through API it is giving error. Any idea on the issue ?
