Unable to Link Certain Images in Emails

Hi,

I'm having difficulty attaching links to images within an email. Sometimes, they link perfectly then, other times, I add the link, click 'Insert' and the box appears to reload and all the fields are blank again. I can't seem to identify a trend as to why this works sometimes but not as others. Has anybody found the same problem?

Any help/advice would be most welcome!

All of the images should work the same. But it is always worth trying it out in a different browser.

Hi Andrew,

I've had this problem a couple times as well, usually when using Marketo in Safari. I've found that if I use Marketo in Firefox, it eliminates any issues concerning linking with images. Another workaround is to add the link to the image by using the HTML editor instead.

Had the same problem. Tip - change the browser. I was not able to add the link to the image in email in Chrome and Safari,but FireForx worked.
