Unable to Export more than 10K leads?

Hi All,

I'm trying to export all of leads for a project. The download stops (i.e. completed) but the resulting file has only 10K leads.. I have over 50K leads.. Any suggestions?

Yes, I believe there is a limit of 30,000 rows in most cases. You might try a few things:

-reduce the fields you download
-call support to download all of your leads.

I was able to export over 61K lead records (all fields) from Marketo on March 1.

Having the same issue, I was able to export 60k leads on March 8, but today it caps at 10 K.

Subscribing to this as I'm having the same issue today.
On Friday I was able to export a list with over 100k leads, but today any list export is capping at 10k

Confirming that I have this problem today as well - I just exported only the Full Name of 14K of our leads, and only the first 10K in the smart list were esxported.

I'm having this issue currently, is there a solution?

II haven't experienced this problem since March 11 and was able to export more than 10K lead records today.  You may want to open a case with tech support.
