Unable to Delete Program, Nothing in Use

I am unable to delete a program even though nothing is in use. Screenshots are attached. I think this may be because I attempted to send a test email and then deleted the program before it sent. Please help!

Do you have landing pages, emails etc in the program? You need to set everything to unapproved before you can delete.

I've found there are sometimes bugs and Marketo has to delete assets. Other times, there are random places something has been used -- but either way, support can help you identify these issues.
