Unable to delete lead from Marketo and MS Dynamics

We are using MS Dynamics as CRM and when I am trying to delete a lead that came from Dynamics inside Marketo, I'm not getting any results. If we keep Remove from CRM = False, then the lead gets deleted but it'll still remain inside Dynamics. Our primary requirement is to delete a CRM generated lead from both Marketo and Dynamics.

Marketo does not support the deletion/merging of leads in MSD from within the Marketo UI.  For leads that are also synced to Dynamics, you need to delete/merge from MSD and then take the necessary steps in Marketo to complete the deletion process (wait for the "MS is deleted" field to be TRUE).  For merged leads in CRM, they will merge automatically in Marketo as well.
