Unable to access RCE - are others experiencing this?

All members of my team (including myself) are unable to access RCE.  It's not throwing an error - just refusing to load (blank white screen).  Are others experiencing this?  I've opened a ticket with Support but haven't heard back.  Windows 10 / Firefox 50.1.0

It's been buggy like that since early 2015.
