Unable to access Marketo AI features within Marketo

Hi All,

 

We recently signed an AI addendum to enable the new AI capabilities within Marketo, such as the AI assistant feature that can help generate email subject lines, email body text, ect. I checked our Roles settings in the Admin menu, and I can see that Access AI Assistant is enabled for our user accounts. However, I have not seen any artificial intelligence features available when I am building emails. Does anyone have any info on why these features wouldn’t be available for us? Any info is appreciated here.

I would verify with your account rep that the AI Agreement has been fully provisioned by Adobe. It can take a few days after you sign for it to be live, however, have your rep validate that things have moved on their end.

Are you using the New Email Designer? As it stands, the AI assistant is only available in that area -- subject line creation, content generation, and image to template generation. You may also be able to access Adobe Express within design studio, but I don’t believe there are permissions set for that one.

Hi ChristianeRo1,

 

Yes I am using the new email designer. I took a screenshot to show the AI assistant option for email subject line generation is not available in the new email designer, and I’m not sure why it isn’t showing up. If you have any suggestions for how to get the option to appear, please let me know.

@KB2024 Can you go in to edit the email and see if you have the icon for AI.  Based on your screenshot you are at the email summery step but to access the AI features you have to click on edit email. Once you click edit see if you have the icon on the right side (see my screenshot below)

Hi ​@KB2024, I think you have to check the same with Adobe support team regarding the same. As if you signed the AI addendum then it will be available in your instance.
