Un-doing a change value score

I ran a lead action to change a value score, but I want to un-do it. is this possible from Marketo on the back end?

Yes, it is usually easy:

Member of Campaign IS "Score Campaign 1"
Change Score by X pts (reversing what you did)

If you ran your score flow in a complex way, you might have to break out groups further:

Member of Campaign IS X
Smart List=High Scoring Job Titles

There's no need to do anything on the backend.
