Types of form fields to capture prospect/lead comments

Hi everyone.

Can you please share the possible number of fields which can be used on a Marketo form to capture comments/ notes/ interest etc.

It would be of great help if you can provide the form "field" names.

Hi Madhavi,

You can use the Person Notes text field.

We use some custom fields to capture comments on forms. Because of this, the naming is specific to what we are wanting to capture.
