Two forms in one page(one Normal form and one Pop up form)

Hi,

Our website is maintained by Wordpress team. The Marketo forms are appended in the website using form id.

We want to implement two forms in our website. One being a normal form that will be displayed on the right side(ex: Marketo form ID - 2000) and another will be a pop up form(ex: Marketo form ID - 2000) which should load when someone clicks on menu bar.

When we tried to implement and test by form submissions, we found that the submissions were recording for the pop up form(from id=2000) id though we were doing the normal form submission(from id=1000).

Note: For the pop up form we tried the form embed codes - Code type = "Normal" and "Light Box".

Can you please suggest the correct way to implement.

Thanks,

Arvind. R

You haven't supplied your URL, so it's impossible to correct your code.

@Sanford Whiteman‌ Here is a test page where we are trying to implement the functionality

revature.staging.wpengine.com/jobs/database-administrator/

Form ID for Apply Now(Pop up) - 1474

Form ID for right side form - 1139

Thanks,

Make sure you're using the code from nation.marketo.com/groups/newyork-user-group/blog/2017/11/27/multiple-marketo-forms-multiple-times-on-the-same-page

Hello @sanfordwhiteman -

I know this is an old post but the link no longer works you referenced for getting the code for two forms on one page. Do you have that on your blog?  I was looking there too.

Update:  Nevermind...just found on your blog.

Thanks!
