Hello,

Tryign to see how many new names we're created by several of my programs compared to the total number of members in my program

You can create a smart list that has the Member of Program filter; then add the "Acquired By" constraint and select TRUE; you can then choose from the list of programs to add to the list (you mentioned you had several).  Hope that helps.
