Trying to Have Leads Fill out a Marketo Form and Then Be Synced to Salesforce

I am having clients fill out a form embeded on our website and would like to have marketo sync the lead to SF after they click submit.
However everytime someone fills the form out I receive: "FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION: Website values cannot be assigned to phone ups"

Now I am assuming it is something to do with SF not recognizing a Marketo form field or vice versa?  But I am out of ideas as to what "Website values cannot be assigned to phone ups" means.  Or really just what phone ups means in general.....any ideas?

The posters above are right ,this looks like an SFDC validation rule.

In SFDC go to setup -> Customize -> Leads -> validation rules
There is a column for error message where you should see your error and then you cna click into the rule to see exaclty what the requirements are.

Bryant, this is an interesting validation error. You are getting the message because the record you were trying to sync failed the Salesforce validation during the sync, but not sure what the phone ups piece means either. You probably want to hop on the phone with support since this seems like it's unique to your instance.

Bryant, I've seen something like this before, but I don't remember if it's the same.  Check if on the SFDC side, especially on the Marketo sync user if there's a special formatting requirement for the phone number field that would prevent the leads from syncing over  I remember that some of our leads wouldn't sync over to SFDC because the phone number can't be blank or it must be formatted in a way that it has the +1 then area code etc.  I remember that our SFDC administrator removed that restriction on our Marketo sync user, and after that the leads synced over to SFDC.
