Trying to create API Only role and user

I have created an API Only role as per documentation. Now trying to create an API Only user. have assigned to API Only role but unable to check the 'API Only' checkbox. It is simply uncheckable. Am I missing something?

@Andy Bailey​ - Looks like you're trying to edit an existing user instead of creating a new one (your screenshots show "edit role" and "edit user"). As far as I know you need to select "API only" from point of user creation. Otherwise, you can't edit an existing user to become API only.

@Andy Bailey​ - Looks like you're trying to edit an existing user instead of creating a new one (your screenshots show "edit role" and "edit user"). As far as I know you need to select "API only" from point of user creation. Otherwise, you can't edit an existing user to become API only.
