Troubleshoot - RTP Campaign Recording Impressions but not Click Data

I currently have two RTP In-Zone Campaigns running as a split test against each other.  While I am seeing the "Impression" metrics for these campaigns increasing as I would expect, I am not seeing any "Clicks".  I have tested this using In-Private & Non-Private Browsers & clicked on the link & while I see the Impressions increase, still no increase in clicks.

Any ideas as to what might be going on?

You should move the question to Products  "Community" is for issues with the Marketo Nation (this website) itself -- and yes, this is confusing.

And please provide a URL so we can debug.

Thanks for the response.  I've moved the question into the "products" space.  Hopefully I can get a response there

And a URL?

Previously (not sure if this has been updated), but clicks that were submissions of a form weren't properly tracked by RTP reporting. I would reach out to @David Myers if you don't get any clearer answers on this. He's usually able to help.

I published a post related to this: Adding a Marketo Form + Thank You page within a Web Personalization Campaign

This should help you test and resolve the problem you having. Good Luck.

@David Myers This actually isn't a Marketo Form or Thank you page.  It's just a banner that presents if a user hits our target criteria.  The click on the banner then takes the user to a website.  I am seeing impression data come through, but 0 click data.

Please open a support ticket on this with the necessary campaign details/URL for them to follow up on, and I can also take a look at it from there. The expected behavior is to track the click on the banner within your Web Campaign and track it in the metrics.
