Trouble with the "remove from flow" step in my campaign flow

Hello,

I am trying to use the remove from flow action in my smart campaign, and it is not removing the lead. I have an email sent, and then if a certain form is filled out, I want that lead to be removed from flow. However, when I have tested this, it just keeps skipping that flow step. What am I doing wrong?

Can you post a screen shot or list out the steps?

It sounds like you have a sister or traffic cop setup to manage this. Perhaps the trigger is not working. After attempting to map this out, though, I am wondering if you are running a campaign like this where you only send 1 email and that's it. There's nothing for Campaign 2 to run or remove from.


Campaign 2:
Fills out Form is X, on Page Y
Remove from Campaign 1

Campaign 1
Smart list....
Send Email 1 ===> directs to Page Y with Form X
??? are there any other steps here?
