Some of my co-workers are not able to get through the basic Marketo training on their Mac's. It seems to get go back to the begining and they are not able to move on to the next category. Is this a Mac thing or has anyone else experienced this issue?

Thanks!

Emily

I am Mac and Linux user, attending live and archived trainings regularly. I do not recall any problems.

To be more specific and transparent that is what I am using

Google Chrome 27.0.1453.116 (Official Build 206485
OS Mac OS X
WebKit 537.36 (@152168)
JavaScript V8 3.17.6.15
Flash 11.7.700.225
User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_7_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/27.0.1453.116 Safari/537.36

I also use Safari  6.0.5 (7536.30.1) regularly and Firefox occasionally (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.7; rv:22.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/22.0

My Mac details

brenogomes$ uname -a
Darwin Brenos-MacBook-Pro.local 11.4.2 Darwin Kernel Version 11.4.2: Thu Aug 23 16:25:48 PDT 2012; root:xnu-1699.32.7~1/RELEASE_X86_64 x86_64

Thanks @bgomes. I've forwarded the info to my colleague. Suzanne from Marketo also called me to say that it's often a bandwidth limitation issue. That seems to make sense as he can access the training now in the office but not at home.
