Trouble Importing Lists

Hello,

I have gone to import a list with fields including a behavioural score. When this list has been imported, scores have not been assigned to leads correctly (Leads have been assigned scores much lower), and some leads have not been assigned a score at all. Similairy, in the telephone number field, numbers have not all been assigned to leads from my original list in CSV format.

Please advise.
