Trouble importing list

Hi, I´m having trouble uploading lists to Market, it just keep thinking forever after I choose the file, and never import. I saw some similar threads but with no answer. I´ve been trying for one week now, with different files, I erased special characters, but still, just don´t work.

Could you help me, please?

Have you tried breaking the list up into multiple lists and uploading? You can still have 1 list in Marketo, but upload to it many times, that way your program is the same, but you've made the list upload process easier. How many rows and columns do you have?

    Hi,

    The last list I´ve tried to upload has 12 colums and 125 lines. I don´t think this is a great amount of information. Is it?
