Triggers to impact score depending on how far someone travels down the page

We have Marketo engage, the request is to increase a score as people move down the page.

I have a feeling this may need GA. 

Can anyone give any suggestions so, we can use that. perhaps a GA goal and then that might be used to trigger an increase in score. I am sorry I am not a GA expert.

Perhaps we could use a time on site element as well

Any suggestions or solutions, systems would be be very much useful!

Yes, GTM has a built-in scroll detection, which you can use to trigger a custom call to Munchkin.munchkinFunction("visitWebPage").
